Guy Selander, MD

Dr. Selander has been active in the Jacksonville medical community since 1964. He has served as president of the Duval County Medical Society, the Florida Academy of Family Physicians and the Florida Medical Association, and currently is a trustee on the Board of the Brooks Health system and is Chairman of the Board of Memorial Hospital.

He is married to his wife of fifty years, Joan, and they have three children and eight grandchildren. His hobbies include collecting fossils, raising camellias and playing the piano.



Jack Giddings, MD

Dr. Giddings served his internship in New York City and a three year residency at the Naval Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. After a stint in the Navy, including a tour of duty in Vietnam, he joined Jacksonville Family Practice where he has been a partner for 35 years.



Thomas Michelsen, DO

Dr. Michelsen was born in Lansing, Michigan and attended the University of Michigan, receiving his Bachelor of Science. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Des Moines School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Michelsen served an internship at the United States Public Hospital in New Orleans, then a residency at St. Vincent's Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. He is a long term member of the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Quality Improvement and Credentialing for the State of Florida. Dr. Michelsen is Board Certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Michelsen is a member of the following organizations: American Academy of Family Physicians, Florida Medical Association, Duval County Medical Society, Florida Academy of Family Physicians, Duval County Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.



Neirouz Joseph, MD

Dr. Joseph was born in Germany and attended medical school at the University of Tichreen/Syria. Her residency training was at the University of Florida/Shands Jacksonville and St. Vincent's Medical Center.

Dr. Joseph is Board Certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Florida Medical Association, and the Duval County Medical Society.

Dr. Joseph has special interest in preventive medicine, women's health and office-based minor procedures. She believes in her role as a physician empowering her patients to take charge of maintaining and improving their overall health.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, in addition to cooking, arts and crafts, and travel.



Larissa Buccolo, MD

Board Certified in Family Medicine

Dr. Buccolo attended medical school at Emory University, followed by residency training at the Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. She completed eight and one-half years of service in the Navy which included an overseas tour in Guam, and a faculty position at the Jacksonville Family Medicine Residency Program.

Dr. Buccolo is board certified in Family Medicine, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Duval County Medical Society.
