Welcome to Jacksonville Family Practice Associates
Jacksonville Family Practice began as a solo family physician practice in 1964 and has grown into one of the premier family practice groups in the area, treating children and adults, including office gyn and minor in-office surgery.
We are involved in most health plans, including Medicare and Tricare. Our practice includes health screening, physicals and general medical treatment of most illnesses including diabetes and hypertension.
Our office is open Monday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, and Tuesday / Wednesday we have extended hours from 8:00am - 7:00pm.
We provide night and weekend telephone coverage for emergencies and refer to all area hospitals.
